Terms and Conditions of 90winapp – Terms of Use

1 Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on 90winapp and use any feature on the platform — including Sports Betting, slots, live casino, and financial transactions — the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Provide your full legal name, active email address, date of birth, and accurate CPF — no omissions or falsifications.
• Not be under an active self-exclusion on any betting platform or online casino.
• Not be an employee, service provider, immediate family member, or business partner of 90winapp or any of its partner companies.

Registration is free. 90winapp does not charge any fee to create or maintain an active account. Simply completing the registration process constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and with the Responsible Gambling of the platform.

90winapp reserves the right to refuse any registration, at any time, without being required to justify the decision, particularly in cases where fraud, falsified information, or intent to misuse the platform is suspected.

2 Your Account

Once you complete your registration, you become solely responsible for all activity carried out on your account at 90winapp. This includes bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any changes to account settings. The user is solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential.

90winapp strongly recommends that users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in their account settings. With 2FA active, any login from a new device requires confirmation via the registered mobile number, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

To recover access to your account, identity verification is required — full name, CPF, and registered email address. For cases involving changes to sensitive data, 90winapp may request additional identification documents before processing any update.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 (twelve) consecutive months, with no deposits, bets, or logins on record, may be automatically deactivated. Any balance remaining in inactive accounts is held and remains available to the account holder upon reactivation following identity verification.

3 Sports Betting

90winapp offers pre-match and live Sports Betting on football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores de América, Champions League, and other domestic and international leagues), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, and other sports available on the platform. Market availability may vary depending on the event and real-time data availability.

• All bets are final once confirmed — it is not possible to cancel, change, or reverse a bet that has already been placed, except in cases expressly provided for in each market's rules.
• The minimum stake per single bet is R$ 1.00. The minimum stake per selection on multiple bets is R$ 0.50.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply — any subsequent changes do not affect bets already placed.
• If an event is canceled, postponed, or abandoned, the default rule is a refund of the wagered amount to the account balance, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
• Live bets may have a short processing delay. Bets submitted during the delay are accepted at the odds in effect at the time of processing, not at the time of submission.

90winapp may, at its discretion, limit the maximum bet amount per market or per user, particularly for high-demand events or where there is suspicion of the use of privileged information. This limit may be applied without prior notice.

Obvious odds errors — such as odds that are clearly outside the market standard due to a technical fault — may be corrected or the bets voided, even after confirmation. In such cases, the full staked amount is returned to the user's balance.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

90winapp accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods for users in Brazil:

• Pix — recommended method. Instant deposits, withdrawals processed in about 3 minutes, available 24/7, including holidays.
• Boleto bancário — deposit with a processing time of up to 3 business days after the boleto bancário is paid.
• Credit and debit card — national bank cards accepted. Limit subject to the card issuer.

• TED Bank Transfer — for accounts at Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other national banks.

All withdrawals are processed exclusively to accounts held in the user's own name — the CPF on the destination bank account or Pix key must match the CPF registered with 90winapp. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

For withdrawals above R$ 500.00, 90winapp may require identity verification before releasing the payment. Accepted documents are: a valid RG, CNH, or passport, along with a recent proof of address. The review period is up to 48 hours after documents are submitted.

90winapp is not liable for delays or processing failures caused by temporary unavailability of third-party banking or payment systems, particularly in cases of scheduled maintenance of the Pix system by the Banco Central do Brasil.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

90winapp periodically offers welcome bonuses, seasonal promotions, cashback, free spins on slots, and other deals for new and returning users. Participation in any promotion is subject to the specific rules published on each offer's page, which take precedence over any other communication in the event of a conflict.

• The welcome bonus is exclusively for new users making their first deposit. It is not possible to claim more than one welcome bonus on the same account or CPF.
• Each bonus has a rollover requirement — the bonus amount (or the bonus plus the deposit, depending on the promotion) must be wagered a set number of times before it becomes available for withdrawal.
• Bets placed on different products (sports, slots, Live Casino) may contribute different percentages toward the rollover. Check the rules of each promotion for the contribution rate by bet type.
• Cancelled, refunded, or voided bets do not count toward the rollover requirement.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

A 90winapp reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, at any time, in the following situations:

• Request by a competent judicial, law enforcement, or regulatory authority.

• Extended inactivity as described in Section 2.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, the bonus balance is forfeited in full. Any unused balance from the user's own deposits may be returned to the account holder after identity verification and completion of any ongoing investigation, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
